Salmon miso soup
Overview
I drank miso soup by chance. When I saw salmon, I was particularly craving for miso soup. But there was no miso, soybean paste was used instead. Although it was a bit darker, the taste was still great!

Since I couldn’t buy wakame, I bought thinner kelp. Use water to wash away the salt on the surface of the kelp.

Cut into small cubes

Soak the kelp in clean water to remove the salt

Salmon bones, fillet the salmon a little, wash the blood and set aside

Boil half a pot of water and add chopped green onion

After the water boils, add salmon and kelp

After opening again, add three spoons of soybean paste

Add the soybean paste to the pot, stir evenly, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
