Sweet potato pickles

There are many ingredients that can be used to pickle pickles. Sister Xin basically doesn’t choose them specially. She has time to eat them. She opens the refrigerator and makes whatever she sees. Wash the small sweet potatoes, dry the surface moisture, and cut into about 1 cm thick slices without peeling them.

Add salt and sugar and stir evenly until water comes out of the sweet potatoes and the salt and sugar dissolve.

Add minced garlic, Thai pepper rings, and white wine, stir evenly, cover and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add the chili pepper, white vinegar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce and stir evenly. Cut the chili pepper into about 1 cm thick.

Stir evenly and put it into the bottle. Add it little by little and compact it gently.

Seal the bottle with a plastic bag, cap tightly, then attach a production date label, and seal tightly with transparent tape to complete the production.

Marinate at room temperature for 7 days before opening the bottle for consumption. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
