Bean dregs and steamed buns
Overview
I’ve always wanted to make Wo Wo Tou, but never got around to it. I ground soy milk this morning and started making it in the afternoon. Bean dregs steamed buns are made from bean dregs, cornmeal, and wheat flour. The bean dregs are rich in dietary fiber, protein, fat, isoflavones, vitamins, etc., and have rich nutritional value. Prepare ingredients.

Add all ingredients to the basin.
