Puppy Bread
Overview
This activity made me pull a lot of grass and make a lot of shaped bread. Both you and your children will like this kind of animal bread.

Put all the ingredients except butter and salt into a bread machine and mix.

When the dough forms a thick film, add butter and salt and stir.

Knead out a thin film that is not easy to break (actually it is not required for making toast, I am used to it)

Place in the bread machine and cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

Poke a hole in the fermented dough with your fingers dipped in flour, just make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse.

After deflating, divide the dough into 60g pieces and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape.

Turn over and fold.

Then make a cut on each side.

Make a small round of dough, dip it in some water and place it in the middle and lower part, and arrange the ears slightly.

You can put a crispy sausage in your mouth.

You can also cut it directly without folding it.

Place in a baking pan and cover with a plastic bag for secondary fermentation (eyes are made of red beans)

Preheat the oven in advance and set the middle layer to 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes (temperature and time are for reference only)
