Ingredients
Steps
-
Salt cube ham and quarter, if not available you can also use ham sausage
-
Cut the ham into as small pieces as possible
-
Chop the scallions into small pieces
-
Let the fermented dough rest for about ten minutes
-
Take half of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangular shape, but not too narrow
-
Brush with a thin layer of oil, here I use corn oil
-
Sprinkle the sliced ham and chives evenly on top
-
Roll the dough inwards
-
As shown in the picture, rolled into a long strip
-
Use a knife to cut evenly, it must be an even number, because two of them need to be stacked together
-
Take a chopstick and press down from the middle
-
Just press it to this level as shown in the picture. Be sure to remember not to steam it in a hurry after pressing it. Wait for about ten minutes to wake up.
-
Then put the cold water in the pot, spread it out evenly, wait for fifteen minutes when it starts to steam, press it down with your hands and it will be cooked!
