Spicy Pocket Pancake
Overview
Because I like spicy food, I made it relatively spicy this time and added dried shiitake mushrooms, so there is no need to add any other spices. It is very fragrant and delicious.

Wash the fillings, pork belly and dried mushrooms and add appropriate amount of boiling water to soak them until soft

Add the water in which the mushrooms were soaked, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for twenty minutes

Add salt and light soy sauce in batches to taste, stir-fry evenly

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve. It’s also delicious as a meal or mixed with noodles

Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket and start a dough mixing program for 15 minutes
