Simple version of tomato beef
Overview
Just bought fresh beef tenderloin. I went out at 7 a.m., got off work at 4:30 p.m., and ate out at noon, so everyone was very hungry at dinner. As office workers and housewives, you and I need to cook an energy-boosting dinner for our family right away. Nowadays, no matter what kind of people they are, they are all clamoring to lose weight and say they should eat less for dinner. For people like us who leave early and come back late, sometimes we don’t have time to eat breakfast, and we have to make do with lunch outside, so dinner is naturally very important. And during dinner, everyone can really sit down and chat together to relieve the fatigue of the day

Thinly sliced beef

Peel tomatoes

Sprinkle some black pepper and an egg white on the meat slices and mix well

Add oil to the hot pot

Stir-fry the beef slices for half a minute and serve.

Add a little more oil, stir-fry, add salt, stir-fry until soup comes out, then add beef and simmer for 3 minutes, then serve.

Fry the remaining egg and egg yolk and serve in a bowl. It would be better to add some coriander, but my little guy doesn't like it, so I omit it.
