Vanilla Waffles

Overview

Children especially love to eat the waffles I make. The ones I make here are vanilla flavored. You can make them coffee or cocoa flavor according to your own preferences

  1. Add the beaten egg white 5 in 2 batches and mix well.

  2. Add appropriate amount of sesame seeds and mix well the black sesame seeds

  3. Put 20 grams of white sugar, oil, and fresh milk into the egg yolk container, and stir evenly with a soft leather knife

  4. Sift the low-gluten flour into 3

  5. Use a soft leather knife to turn it up and down and cut evenly (do not cut in circles to avoid tendons) and set aside

  6. Add the cream of tartar into the egg whites and beat into fish-eye bubbles. Add 10 grams of sugar and continue beating. When a small texture appears, add 10 grams of sugar (if you like sweeter sugar, you can add more sugar)

  7. Beat until small corners appear, or barely flow (I call it between wet and dry). Preheat the electric pancake maker.

  8. Add the beaten egg white 5 in 2 batches and mix well.

  9. Add appropriate amount of sesame seeds and mix well the black sesame seeds

  10. It’s better to apply a little vegetable oil

  11. Use a regular spoon one at a time

  12. One on each side, cover until no more smoke comes out. If you like a darker color, adjust the temperature to 5 and extend the time appropriately. I usually cook it every 8 minutes
