Overview
I wanted to eat the old Beijing halal snack fried loose meat but I didn’t know where to get it in Shenzhen, so I made it myself!

Soak the dried tofu slices in warm water until soft (about 3-5 minutes) and set aside

Beat beef into stuffing, add chopped green onions and set aside

Steam the potatoes, peel them and mash them

Add mashed potatoes, meat filling, eggs, add seasonings and mix well

After soaking the tofu skin, spread it flat and apply a layer of water starch

Spread the mixed meat filling, about 1CM thick, then cover it with tofu skin that has been brushed with water starch, wrap it up, and cut it into sections with a knife

The oil temperature is about 50%, put it in the pan and fry

After filtering the oil, serve! You're done! Drinking wine and watching TV as snacks is a big deal!
