Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich

Hot dog buns are cut from the side without cutting

Debone the chicken legs, thinly slice the meat, and unfold

Put oil in a pan and heat.

Add chicken thighs.

Fry both sides in turn until cooked until cooked.

Add chicken seasonings: soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and minced ginger to the pot. After boiling, add the fried chicken legs. Flip alternately on both sides and cook until the sauce is reduced.
