Prepare materials. Cut green onions into sections and two slices of ginger

Wash the chicken wings and make three small slits on the surface to absorb the flavor. Blanch it in boiling water. I forgot to take a picture of this step.

Heat the wok, pour in the peanut oil, and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the blanched chicken wings into the pot and stir-fry for a while.

Add dark soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Stir-fry until browned.

Pour the whole can of Coke into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

The amount of coke is basically more than the amount of chicken wings.

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the juice over high heat.

Pick out the onions and ginger and serve on a plate.
