Braised hairtail fish with dried tofu

My family’s favorite dish is fish and tofu cooked together. It’s delicious and goes well with rice. Every time I buy fish, I always bring a piece of tofu. It can be stewed in soup or braised in braised sauce. I like it no matter how I eat it. 100 grams of dried tofu, 150 grams of hairtail. Ingredients: 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of ginger, chives, a little light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee braised soy sauce, and a little refined salt.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash hairtail with salt water bubbles.
