Overview

There is a lot of okara to make a piece of tofu. I also used half a bowl of bean dregs to make fried rice and added some leftover ingredients. It was delicious and nutritious.

  1. Have materials ready.

  2. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes; cut the bacon into small cubes and mince the onion and ginger.

  3. Blanch corn and peas.

  4. Beat the eggs into the bean dregs and mix well.

  5. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg and bean dregs mixture and stir-fry until cooked and set aside.

  6. Heat the pan again, fry the bacon until the oil is released, then add the chopped green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Add carrots, corn and peas and stir well.

  8. Then pour in the fried eggs and bean dregs and stir-fry.

  9. Pour the rice into the pot and stir-fry together.

  10. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly.
