Taro Fried Rice
Overview
When I was a kid, there was a small field in our backyard where we grew mulberries, lotus seeds, and taro. Every year in August, we could often smell the aroma of steamed taro in every courtyard! Haha! Making this is also a memory from my childhood. Mom used pork white oil to stir-fry taro rice. The deliciousness will never be forgotten in my life! Hahaha!
