Wash the white radish, peel it and cut it into finger-thick strips;

Add salt, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes;

Wash with clean water;

Remove and drain the water;

Pour oil into the wok, heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the bean paste over low heat until red oil emerges;

Add sugar;

Drop in sesame oil;

Add a little chicken essence;

Stir evenly;

Pour it on the radish strips;

Mix well and serve. It will taste better if marinated for a few hours.
