Bean sprouts in soup with gold and silver eggs
Overview
When I go out to eat this dish, my sweetheart always says that there are not enough preserved eggs and not enough bacon. Just go home and make it yourself, that’s enough! It’s also cut into large pieces. Although it’s not that delicate, it’s fun!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Tobacco brisket slices, cut into strips.
-
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry until fragrant, and scoop up (leave the oil in the pan).
-
Heat oil (you can add additional oil if it is not enough) and stir-fry the garlic slices.
-
Add boiling water, bring it to a boil, add chicken powder and salt, and make a garlic soup (it would be better if you add chicken soup)
-
Put the washed bean sprouts.
-
Put in the processed preserved eggs and salted eggs.
-
When the bean sprouts are broken, you can pick them up and put them on a plate. Sprinkle the stir-fried brisket slices on top and serve them to the table.
