Preparation: Soak the dried bracken overnight, put it into a pot and pour water (it is better to just cover the bracken). Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat. Cook for 20-30 minutes, then turn off the heat and continue to simmer until it is cool. Remove the old roots, wash them, and set aside.

Slice green onions diagonally, flatten and chop garlic.

Cut the pork into slices.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat over high heat, add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant, add pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add bracken, add salt, pepper, soy sauce and beef powder, stir-fry for two minutes and serve.
