The weather is dry and it is essential to drink more water. On weekdays, prepare the ingredients and put them into a slow cooker before going to work. Simmer for a few hours. You can taste the delicious and moist sugar water when you come back from get off work. Tremella is stewed until it becomes gluey, peach gum is soft and waxy, and saponin rice is elastic. Take appropriate amounts of peach gum and saponin rice and soak them in water before going to bed.

Soak peach gum and saponin rice overnight and wash to remove impurities.
