Stir-fried straw with eggs
Overview
There are a lot of grass growing in the yard, also called alfalfa and goldenrod. I didn’t know it was edible before, so I kept pulling it out as weeds. Now I know that this wild vegetable has a high protein content and is rich in nutrients.

Grass head, also called alfalfa, golden cauliflower.

Pick the tender tips of the grass heads and wash them clean.

Finely mince garlic.

Chop green onions.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add a little salt and beat well, add the chopped green onions and mix well.

Grease a non-stick pan with oil, pour in the egg liquid and fry.

Fry until solidified and set aside.

In another pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the grass and fry over high heat.

Fry until soft and season with salt and chicken powder.

Put the grass heads into the plate.

Just add eggs.
