Cranberry milk pudding
Overview
The smooth milk pudding, paired with sweet and sour sliced cranberries, is delicious. Especially when eaten after being refrigerated, it feels like eating ice cream, and the taste is simply wonderful.

Dissolve 5 grams of gelatine powder in 20 grams of water,

Pour milk, whipping cream, vanilla extract and white sugar into the pot, stir evenly,

Heat and cook until it bubbles slightly, turn off the heat,

Add the gelatin solution in step 1, stir to dissolve,

Take 4 pudding bottles and put sliced cranberries in the bottom,

Pour in the pudding liquid,

After completely cooled, refrigerate until solid.
