Braised pig ears
Overview
There are many ways to make pig ears, including braised, braised, and red oil pig ears, etc. Today I tried to stew them into braised ones. This method is my own creation. It is not as monotonous as braised and not as greasy as braised.

Prepare materials

Wash the pig ears and cut them into pieces, rinse them in boiling water and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and add all the ingredients. Add soy sauce, sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt to taste, reduce heat and simmer for about half an hour.

After simmering for half an hour, turn off the heat when there is still a small amount of soup left in the pot.

Take the braised pig ears out to a plate, pour the soup over them and garnish with chopped green onions. The braised pig ears are fat but not greasy, and the braised pig ears are refreshing and ready to serve on the table.
