Wash the green onion and cut into small sections, and cut the ham into fine dices.

Crack two eggs into a bowl, add purified water, salt and oyster sauce and beat well.

Add flour and mix well.

Add chopped green onions.

Add finely diced ham sausage.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Pour a spoonful or two of batter, shake the pan and spread it into a flatbread.

Heat over low heat for a minute or two, then flip over and fry.

Fry both sides, and when cooked, apply an appropriate amount of tomato sauce.

It’s ready. Milk, porridge, and soy milk are all good choices for breakfast.
