Cold fern root powder
Overview
I made this dish in the summer. I found the photo on my phone yesterday, but it turns out I never uploaded it! I took it out and passed it around, but I love fern root powder very much. Although it can be eaten all year round, it is most enjoyable when eaten in summer.

Wash, peel and cut carrots into thin strips
