Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, add a little salt, cornstarch and oil, mix well and marinate for a while.

Soak the dried mushrooms in advance, cut them into shreds and set aside. Cut the green vegetables and ginger slices into shreds.

Prepare some white porridge, put it into a cooking pot, bring to a boil over low heat, then add shredded mushrooms and ginger and cook for a few minutes.

Then add the chicken and stir it up with chopsticks.

Add the chicken and cook over high heat for 1 minute, then add the shredded vegetables. When the porridge is boiling, add salt to taste and serve.
