Overview
[Red Oil Bean Curd] A small vegetarian dish with a strong flavor. Bean curd is a soy product. I like to eat it very much. It is fried hot and served cold. It is very homely. I made chili oil some time ago, and I eat it with vegetables every day.

Soak the yuba in advance. I recently discovered that if you add less salt when soaking the yuba, the soaked yuba will be clean and complete.
