Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice Spare Ribs
Overview
Professors and doctors from several Korean universities came to Tsinghua for academic exchanges. Their brains were running non-stop throughout the morning. I couldn't help but want to complain. One of the associate professors was young and handsome, but his English was really troublesome. After the morning exchange meeting, we had a brief lunch and, at the request of our Korean friends, we took them on a brief tour of the Tsinghua campus. Of course, a must-see scene is the lotus pond described by Mr. Zhu Ziqing. The moonlight is like flowing water, quietly falling on the leaves and flowers. Thin green mist floats in the lotus pond... However, this hazy beauty with a little emotion and vicissitudes of life, I am afraid that I will never see it again. It's autumn, and the lotus leaves in the lotus pond have all turned yellow and withered, yet they still have a bleak beauty. Suddenly I remembered that I still have a lot of dried lotus leaves at home. Why not use them to make a lotus leaf glutinous rice pork ribs? The ribs are so soft that they can be taken off the bones, wrapped in a layer of fragrant and glutinous rice, with a refreshing fragrance of lotus. Thinking of this, most people must be drooling.
