Dumplings---leeks and shrimp dumplings. My family all likes to eat dumplings. This time they were stuffed with leek and shrimp, and they were delicious.

Add flour to water and knead into dough. Let it rest for a while.

Cut the pork into cubes and marinate with soy sauce for a while.
