Glutinous rice, bacon, carrots, green beans, duck eggs, soy sauce, salt

Soak the glutinous rice overnight, dice the bacon and carrots and set aside.

Mix the diced bacon, carrots, green beans, glutinous rice, soy sauce and salt and set aside.

Punch a hole in one end of the duck egg and carefully pour out the egg white, leaving only the yolk for later use. Spoon the glutinous rice into the duck eggs.
