Creative Tai Chi Rice
Overview
Today I made a Dayan staple food - Tai Chi rice. It has good appearance, beautiful shape, bright color and tempting appetite.

White rice made in a rice cooker.

Wash the red-core pitaya and cut it in half.

Cut the dragon fruit into thin slices and use a juicer to squeeze the juice.

Strain the pure dragon juice and set aside.

Prepare 1 Tai Chi stainless steel mold and place it on a plate.

Place white rice on one side of the mold (brush the inside of the mold with a thin layer of cooking oil beforehand) and compact it.

Pour a little red pitaya juice into the other half of the rice and mix until even.

Put the red dragon juice rice into the other side of the mold to form a Tai Chi pattern.

After removing the mold, the Tai Chi rice looks beautiful and appetizing.

Such beautiful Tai Chi rice can be served as a staple food on Dayan New Year's Eve. It looks great and can add to the festive atmosphere.
