Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Tear off the tendons at both ends of the lentils, then wash and cut into half.

Blanch the cut lentils in boiling water, cut the ginger and garlic into slices and prepare.

Heat the wok, pour a little oil into the wok, add pork belly and stir-fry until slightly brown and oily.

Add ginger, garlic slices, cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
