In fact, when we were young, what should we prevent wrinkles? The way to make this jelly today is to make it two-color. In fact, the way to make it is similar to the bean paste in old Beijing. Prepare the pig skin and clean it

Make water in a pot and add pork skin. Boil water for about 10 minutes, remove and drain

Cut the pork skin into strips, add a spoonful of salt and baking soda, and scrub repeatedly to further remove the oil. Then rinse with warm water. Wash it several times

Put the pork skin in the pot and add about 6 to 7 times of water

Add onion and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
