Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add some minced ginger, pepper, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut into shreds

Bring the white porridge to a boil over high heat, add the marinated lean meat, break it up with chopsticks, and cook for about 2 minutes until the lean meat is done
