Steps
-
A fresh black pig's hoof, a carrot, green onions and ginger are ready.
-
Rinse the hoof repeatedly with clean water and blanch it with some rice wine to remove blood and fishy smell.
-
Put onion, ginger, star anise and hoof in a stew pot, add rice wine, add purified water and simmer.
-
Peel, wash and cut carrots into large pieces.
-
Stew until the hoof is medium cooked.
-
Add the radish cubes and simmer again, adding some salt to taste.
-
Simmer until the hoof meat can be easily poked with chopsticks and the radish is transparent. Taste again and add seasonings. I usually only add salt!
-
Finished product! The soup is thick and delicious!
