🍄Salt-free version of mushroom braised tofu

This dish was cooked by MrsKim in Vietnam for Kasirha, who is a vegetarian. I thought it was delicious at the time! Elements also need to be flavorful. Mushrooms are as tender as any meat

Prepare raw materials

Cut off the roots of mushrooms and wash them

Wash the leeks and set aside

Cut red peppers open and remove seeds

If the old tofu is very thick, cut it in half first, about 1cm thick
