Have all materials ready.

Add appropriate amounts of baking powder, yeast powder, eggs, and washed raisins to the white flour and cornmeal. Mix well with your hands.

Use warm water around 35-40 degrees to knead the noodles.

Cover the pot with the lid and place it near the heat until it doubles in size.

Add water to the steamer and cover it with a drawer cloth. Don't knead the dough, just pour it directly onto the drawer cloth and smooth it out. Steam on high heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and wait 2 or 3 minutes before opening the lid again.

Take the cake out of the pan and cut it into pieces.
