Silver sprouts and edamame
Overview
Silver teeth are mung bean sprouts, which are rich in vitamin C, riboflavin and dietary fiber. Edamame, also known as green beans, are fresh soybeans with pods. This season is when edamame is on the market in large quantities. The most commonly eaten edamame is boiled edamame. Today, if you eat it differently and with a different taste, you will have a different taste bud experience. I believe you will like it after trying it.
