Still part of that big catfish. Save the middle part and take out the fish fillets to make porridge. Super delicious.

Prepare ingredients.

Rinse the rice and cook it in a pot.

Remove the bones of the grass carp, cut the fish into thin slices, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, rice wine, shredded ginger and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
