Dried tofu with hot pepper
Overview
One day, I suddenly wanted to eat the stir-fried dried tofu with hot pepper that my mother used to make when I was a child. At that time, I thought it was really delicious. Even when guests came to the house, they would praise her and said that my mother's cooking skills could open a restaurant. So I had an impulse and made my first cooking experience with dried tofu with hot pepper~😄
