Original sourdough cake
Overview
A few days ago, my mother said that she wanted to eat yeast cakes, but she didn't have time to make them at work and was delayed. I have a day off today and I have some time, so I made some noodles and made some original ones. Mom likes them, and the soft sourdough pancakes are also a good staple food.

Steps
-
Ingredients: Flour, add baking powder to flour. Add the baking powder to the water, let it sit for a while, then pour it into the flour, knead it into a smooth and slightly soft dough, and place it in a basin to rise for 30 minutes.
-
After the dough is cooked, move it to the panel and knead it with your hands to remove any air bubbles in the dough.
-
Shape into long strips and divide into four equal parts.
-
Take out a ball of dough, roll it into a round shape, and flatten it with the palm of your hand. Roll out into a larger round dough piece, about 0.5 cm thick.
-
In the same manner as above, roll the remaining three dough balls into round dough pieces, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Turn on the heat and pour a little oil into the pot.
-
Heat the oil, add the cake base, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1 minute. The cake base will slowly become thicker.
-
The side near the bottom of the pot has turned yellow. Flip it over and bake it until both sides are golden brown. Press the cake base lightly with your hand and open it. The cake skin will rebound quickly and the cake will be mature.

Fry four pancakes and put them on a plate.
