Put the light cream, milk, condensed milk, and sugar into a clean basin.

Stir in hot water until the sugar melts.

Take two egg yolks and mix well.

Add to milk and mix well.

Sift in the flour and mix well.

Sieve the egg tart liquid.

Pour into the tart shell half full.

Add cherries.

Preheat the oven to 200° on the middle level and bake for about 20 minutes until there are burnt spots on the surface of the tart.
