Fried shredded kelp with onions

Peel and wash the onion, cut into strips and set aside.

Soak the kelp shreds, drain the water and set aside.

Red pepper, cut into sections and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add red pepper and sauté until fragrant, then add onion and kelp shreds, add a little salt and five-spice powder to taste, stir-fry a few times, turn off the heat and add a little chicken essence and mix well.

Take out of the pan and serve immediately.
