Nut Oatmeal Black Rice Cereal
Overview
Breakfast rice porridge, the last bit of black rice was not enough, so I added some oats to make up for it. Various nuts to add aroma. No dried walnuts, fresh walnuts are fine too. Just need to remove the layer of coating on the surface of the walnut kernels. This is not a difficult task. Fresh walnuts are white and tender, with the outer layer removed, and are the most delicious. Later, I thought, maybe I don’t need to peel it. The skin is astringent when eaten directly, but if it is diluted in 1500 ml of water and mixed with the rice fragrance, will it still be astringent? You can try it next time. . . . .
