Grilled Pork Ribs with Sour Plum Sauce
Overview
It's quite interesting to say that I originally bought a bottle of sour plum sauce because I wanted to eat roast goose as a dipping sauce, but the person at home refused to let me buy roast goose. When I asked him why he was not allowed to eat it, he said that it is not safe to eat goose recently. Well, don't let goose be eaten, and don't let this sour plum sauce sit idle. Use it to roast the ribs. The sour and sweet taste is also very delicious. It tastes even more delicious than eating sweet and sour pork ribs. If you don't believe it, try it too.
