Bean-flavored diced beef
Overview
Edamame, potatoes, and beef are mixed and stir-fried, making my mouth water just thinking about it. This dish is specially prepared for my little girl. The potatoes and edamame are slightly boiled until they are soft, so they are easy to digest. It is a combination of meat and vegetables and is very nutritious.

Dice edamame and potatoes and set aside

Wash and cut the beef into cubes, marinate with a little light soy sauce, cooking wine and salt for 10 minutes to add flavor

Blanch the edamame and diced potatoes in boiling water until cooked, drain and set aside (put an appropriate amount of salt in the water)

After the oil in the pot is hot, add the minced ginger and diced beef and stir-fry quickly

Until the beef changes color

Then add the blanched edamame and potatoes and stir-fry evenly

Finally, add some water and simmer for a while before serving
