Beef brisket is beef belly bought and washed in hot water, cut into pieces and soaked in warm water for 10 minutes to remove the blood.

Prepare spices: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, grass berries, white cardamom, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and garlic granules.

Turn on the heat and put the beef brisket in and stir-fry. When the water vapor is dry, the beef will start to emit oil. When you smell the aroma, add the spices and salt and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add green onions, and then put into the electric pressure cooker. If not, simmer over low heat until the beef is cooked, you may need to add some water halfway through.

This is stewed beef and fragrant beef soup. If you add more water, you can use it to add noodles and make soup.

Peel and cut carrots into strips and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil until fragrant, then add the carrots, ginger and garlic.

Saute the carrots until fragrant, then add the cooked beef and beef broth and continue cooking until the carrots are soft and tender.

Plate and garnish with coriander.
