Snail Girl Bread
Overview
I make some bread every weekend as a reserve breakfast for the next week. My daughter liked the bread made with this mold last time and said it looked like snails. So this time I took her excitedly to find a doll to make the snail girl's bread; the recipe is still my favorite soup recipe, and the finished product is very soft and will not be affected after being left overnight. How to make tangzhong: put 20 grams of ordinary flour and 80 grams of water in a thick-bottomed milk pot, simmer slowly over low heat until thickened, and let it cool to make tangzhong. (Note: It must be cooled before use. Hot soup will cause the bread to ferment in advance and affect the finished product)

Steps
-
Pour water and an egg liquid into the bread machine bucket; put salt and sugar in one corner of the bread bucket; put 15 grams of milk powder into it, and then add all the flour and soup; finally add yeast powder
-
After the mixing and resting process is completed, add butter and continue mixing until the dough is smooth
-
Ferment until doubled in size
-
Take out the dough and press it gently to deflate the air, then divide it into even balls, shape into balls, and let it rest for about 10 minutes
-
Fold the rested dough into an oval shape
-
Then twist it into a tapered shape with a long tail
-
Take a spiral tube and wrap the cone-shaped noodles around the spiral tube from the end
-
Place all the prepared bread dough in a baking pan for the second fermentation
-
After the secondary fermentation is completed, brush the surface with egg wash
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put the bread in and bake for 10 minutes, take it out when the surface is golden and cooked
-
After the baked bread has cooled, remove the screw
-
After cleaning the doll, insert its legs into the hole of the screw, stand upright, and decorate it with cream frosting
