Prepare ingredients.

Soak the isinglass slices in ice water until soft.

Put soy milk in the pot. If you are using sweet soy milk and sweet milk, the amount of sugar should be halved.

Add 150 ml of milk, 30 grams of white sugar and 10 grams of cornstarch into the pot and mix well. Simmer over low heat, stirring while cooking to prevent lumps from forming. Cook until bubbling and then turn off the heat.
