Tomato Sauce Meat Floss Cake Roll
Overview
[Tomato Sauce Cake Roll] This combination is also great. My daughter doesn’t like salad dressing very much. When making meat floss rolls, she always has no way to match the sauce. I tried it with this tomato sauce today and the result was very good. No more worrying about curls. After trying it many times, this recipe still works better. Once you decide, use this recipe.

-
Separate egg whites and yolks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg yolks, beat with a whisk, and add sugar (about 40 grams) in portions. (As for adding sugar in batches, I tried it. It can be beaten even if you add it in one go. Later it was confirmed that when the amount of eggs is very small, it doesn’t matter if you add it in batches or in one go. But if the amount of eggs is very large, adding sugar in one batch will prevent the egg white from beating, so it is better to add it in batches.)
-
Beat the egg whites to eight points, turn off the egg beater, lift the egg beater, and pull out the triangle in the basin and on the egg beater.
-
Set the egg whites aside and beat the egg yolks, milk, oil and sugar (about 25 grams) evenly with a whisk at low speed.
-
Pour in the low flour, mix it with a whisk first, then use low speed to beat the egg yolk paste evenly.
-
Just stir in no dry powder.
-
Take some of the beaten egg whites and put them into the egg yolks.
-
Use the cutting and mixing method to mix evenly.
-
Pour the mixed egg yolk paste back into the egg white paste, and mix evenly using the cutting and mixing method.
-
Pour into baking dish.
-
Smooth or shake the baking pan to make the batter even.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place on a baking sheet, and cook for 15 minutes.
-
Remove from oven and let warm. Place a piece of parchment paper on the table, turn the baking sheet upside down, and let the cake fall naturally.
-
Take a piece of oil paper, turn the cake over, get used to it, roll it out more beautifully, and peel off the oil paper on top.
-
Squeeze on tomato sauce.
-
Spread evenly and top with pork floss.
-
Roll up.
-
Tuck up the two ends of the oil paper and cut into pieces after setting.
