  1. Prepare ingredients: cooked sausage, rice, edamame, eggs, green onions.

  2. Blanch the edamame and set aside.

  3. Pour the egg liquid into the hot oil pan, fry and set aside. Use a spatula to scoop out small pieces and set aside.

  4. Put a little less oil in the pot, add the sausage and stir-fry.

  5. Add the edamame and stir-fry for a while.

  6. Add rice and stir-fry.
