Mince ginger and garlic, cut chilli padi and millet into small pieces, cut fat into small pieces

Wash the sauerkraut, squeeze out the water, and cut into small cubes

Cut northern tofu into small cubes

Heat oil in a pot, fry tofu until the surface turns slightly yellow, set aside

Leave some oil in the pan, add the fat and stir-fry until fragrant

Then add ginger, garlic, chilli padi and millet and stir-fry until the spicy smell comes out

Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for half a minute

Add an appropriate amount of water, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce into the pot at once, add tofu, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 8 minutes
